The firm of Joyce, Meredith, Flitcroft, and Normand enjoys an outstanding reputation among the real estate, banking, and credit union communites for real estate expertise.  The firm dates back almost 50 years in Real Estate Practice  The firm does work for all major lending entities in the area and has over 20 professionals working to serve our clients.  Joyce, Meredith, Flitcroft, and Normand is the oldest and largest organization in the area of real estate services including deed and document preparation, title examination, real estate closings, VA/FHA and commercial closings.  The firm has handled large transactions of a commercial nature for some of the major institutions in the region.

David L. Flitcroft:  born in Grants Pass, Oregon, August 4, 1948.  Mr. Flitcroft was admitted to the Tennessee bar in 1978 and is a member of the Anderson County (President, 1992-1993) and Tennessee Bar Associations.  Mr. Flitcroft was educated at Southern Oregon College, The University of Oregon, and The University of Tennessee.  Mr. Flitcroft CoAuthored the books "Real Estate Matters" and "Real Estate Matters Revisited."  He has also authored a series of newspaper articles.  Mr. Flitcroft has been the recipient of the Daniel Hanley Testerman Scholarship, Centurion Award, and the American Jurisprudence Award.

Sam Early:  Sam Early is the Department Manager for the property division of Joyce, Meredith, Flitcroft, and Normand based in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Mr. Early is a native of East Tennessee, born in Loudon on December 5, 1947.  He is a graduate of Tennessee Wesleyan College with an accounting degree.  Mr. Early brings 24 years of banking and real estate background to the firm.
